How do you bring a script to life? A play may be great on the page, but how does it become This 4-week series provides actors of all levels with rehearsal techniques and exercises to embody text.

You will learn to read with your body — clocking your physical reactions to the script, and learning to act from your own perceptions, sensations and physical responses.

Actors Work Out

Like studio classes in NYC, LA and Chicago, this is an expansive setting to hone your craft and work your creative muscles outside the arena of production.

50% physical & improv exercises: varies each week in response to class needs. Inspired by Meisner, Lecoq, Stanislavsky, etc.
50% scene/monologue coaching. Bring your own or try a new assigned text.
